House Passes GOP Healthcare Bill Without Subsidy Extension

02:17

The House narrowly passed a GOP-backed health care bill on Wednesday night aimed at bringing down medical costs. It does not include an extension of subsidies that help keep the cost of premiums down for those on the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Without an extension, health care costs for 22 million Americans could double in the new year. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
